The Manager and staffs of the Science and Technology Park of East Azarbaijan province have made a promise to their Lord to protect from the deposit that Muslim and honest nation have placed upon their shoulders and to strive unitedly and unanimously for the establishment of their organizational objectives and always put the following points on their forefront.

• Creating the appropriate space for customer oriented and applied research and explorations in the forms of incubator and pre-incubator. 
• Providing appropriate support services to the institutions settled in the incubator and Park.
• Sense of duty to the responsibilities and goals of the Park.
• Organizing and planning to create motion and dynamism in the administrative system and to provide optimum services
• Aligning the activities and programs with organizational goals
• Maintaining the respect and personality and human dignity
• Improving the information systems in line with easy access to the information
• Establishing good infrastructure for the commercialization of research results
• Establishing backgrounds of entrepreneurship and supporting innovation and creativity of young research forces 
• Providing required services and consultations for units so as to convert new ideas into the products susceptible to commercialization
