The second local incubator of the Science and Technology Park of East Azerbaijan province in collaboration with the Islamic Azad University of Mieyaneh Branch in the first phase with 350 square meters of space that is capable of servicing 12 technology companies and with a cost of one hundred and ten million rials and budget allocation from Science and Technology Park by seven million rials to the units setteled in the center was put into operation.

This incubator which aims to develop appropriate infrastructure for the commercialization of research achievements, creation of purposeful backgrounds for entrepreneurship and persuasion of small and medium knowledge-oriented and innovative local units of Mieyaneh has been operated in an area of 500 square meters in a period of 6 months with an accommodation capacity for 10 indigenous innovative units by providing them with facilities such as business office services, deployment services, technical and professional services, financial services, consulting services instructional services, information services, and public services.
